Our PCB Design/PCB Layout services can include circuit and schematics design or we can use schematics from your team. We can provide mechanical packaging services or use your mechanical engineering team to develop the physical shape of the board, mounting provisions, thermal management features and component height limitations to start the process. We connect the captured schematics, perform floorplanning/component placement, plan power distribution, design PCB layer stackup, route all signals, specify all the board materials, and optimize the design.

Our designs use Design For Manufacturing (DFM), Design For Test (DFT), and Design For Assembly (DFA) rules to ensure your design is ready for to be built, tested and assembled without issue. We deliver the completed design along with fabrication drawings, assembly drawings, gerbers or ODB++ files for production as well as files for electrical or In Circuit Test (ICT) and 3D Model of the design for virtual mechanical fit check.
